Very Nice & Feature-Rich Website for Sale...

Thanks for the kind words. =) I put GoDaddy as the registrar so the domain can be pushed into an account for free. However, the domain can be transferred anywhere.

Is this 100% original content? Will the template be sold to other people? Im just not used to paying that for an mfa site. Looks great though.

Thanks for writing & the kind words.

No, these are PLR articles that I built a site around. I changed some titles & descriptions, but the articles are PLR. The template is a modified open source template I found somewhere, which I will not use on any other sites I build.

I built the site as an answer to the crappy MFA sites that people slap together & sell--I just think that people deserve better than that. Someone could easily build this into a sustainable community if they wanted, and that would help slowly build revenue.

Another idea behind the site is to have multiple streams of income, some of which are already integrated without clubbing the visitor over the head. =) I also have a few other suggestions that could really drive the revenue if applied.
