Selling Very nice Construction related website with premium adsense theme

I'm still fairly new to this business and in a short time have become addicted to owning websites....if thats possible. I have way too many to make anything work as I just cannot invest the time or money in all of these sites. Sooooo ...I'm paring things down a bit and will sell 4 of the websites over the next few weeks that I'm confident I will not do something with. Do not ask me about earnings because I just dont know. I bought or have had developed each of these websites from different people here. If you buy one of these websites I will provide FTP passwords and the hosting is good for about 9 months. Do not ask me to transfer the sites as I have no idea how to do so, however once domain is in your name you can do so if you like. The site also comes with a social bookmarking plugin. Make me an offer or use BIN, might also be willing to trade it for some SEO work.

 

Im looking to move this soon. BIN has been lowered to $45. The site had 537 UV last month.
