Very New to CMS... is it possible to do this?

Ok I have to admit that I don't know much about CMS, or even exactly what it is. I've had a quick look over some posts and will go back and read lots more but in the meantime I'm hoping someone can set me in the right direction.

I'm working on a site at the moment that's pretty much all designed with HTML and a bit of CSS (http://www.workingholidayinfo.com). I want to add a few things and I was hoping someone could suggest the best for each.

Forum - can someone recommend a good, free forum that is not hosted on my server but I can pay to have ads removed?

Articles - I want to be able to post articles and allow readers to make comments on them but want to be able to drop it right into my HTML site. Is this possible or will I have to sign up for something like Wordpress and then fit my site design into it?

Reader Articles - I want a section to allow readers to post their experiences with a certain working abroad program and allow other readers to post comments without needing me to approve any of it.

Like I said, I'm new to all this. So far all I've ever used is labourous HTML to add content to my pages and this is all new to me.

Thanks for any help at all!
    Kirsty

Your site sounds like one I had with html and CSS, we added cutenews to handle the articles. It was easy to install, just look into your fantastico to see if it's in there. Hope that helps!
