do what I do, I weight 100 pounds lol eat 2 meals a day, go to bed at 3-4 am and wake up at 4-5 pm drink lots of pepsi (its better then food lol) while awake eat nothing but that one or 2 meals and stare at your computer. Thats all I do so it should work for you! My book, "How to lose weight, by surfing the net" will hit book stores in Jan. Remember the more you eat the fatter you get. So just shut your hole and you should see the weight melt off like butter on a hot frying pan!
Eat food with less calories, workout, don't rest. Easy isn't it? But if you don't think so, see a doctor, only a professional can give you sound and safe advice. If you go 100 lbs overweight and a BMI of over 40, you might be eligible for a gastric bypass, which most likely would solve your problems permanently. Ummm... how is 160 pounds very much obese? Even if you were a 4 foot tall pygmy woman, you would still be only rated 'pleasantly plump' and not morbidly obese.
Eat, eat, eat and eat some more. Every 2 hours you should be eating. Tons of complex carbs like brown rice, yams, and as much oatmeal as you can stuff down the gullet. And lots of protein like red meat and chicken plus good fat like olive oil. Eat at least 4000 calories per day and see if you start gaining. If not, add in milkshakes to your diet If that still doesn't work, put 2 tbsp of olive oil in your milkshakes and keep drinking.
Best thing to do to lose weight easily is just cut back on a few things. Like, don't eat after 8pm, drink alot of water. Find a physical hobby like softball or something. Just a few small things that become routine can make all the difference in the world. Eat more chicken.
Cut your normal portion size in 2/3rds is another easy way to start and requires little change. Also, try walking to McDonalds instead of driving thru. Old me -> New me

i really want to lose weight... what i did was to try south beach diet and abdominal crunches with southbeach you lose 8-12 lbs a week for phase one... 1-2 lbs for phase 2 i do ab crunches to flatten my abs.. it's workin...

You should really be trying to do some type of resistant trainign like weight lifting. Not only will you burn muscle while you are doing it, but the added muscle will also be burning calories while you are sleeping or just sitting there. The other thing you want to do is eat several small meals a day. When you gorge on a couple of meals a day you are actually taking in more calories at one time that you can really use. Eating several small meals spread out across the day will speed up your matabolism. The other thing you should be doing is some form of cardio. Do it daily. Walk, run, bike, ect. A simple 30 minutes a day will do wonders for you. Go for a walk at night before you go to bed or do it first thing in the morning.
