My CTR is almost 9% with similar content. PM me if you need any help and I would be happy to help you with MSN.

Quote from Google TOC's "7. Confidentiality. You agree not to disclose Google Confidential Information without Google's prior written consent. "Google Confidential Information" includes without limitation: (a) all Google software, technology, programming, specifications, materials, guidelines and documentation relating to the Program; (b) click-through rates or other statistics relating to Property performance in the Program provided to You by Google; and (c) any other information designated in writing by Google as "Confidential"
I just wonder how long if not already that someone on here is going to get banned for this. Pretty silly if you did.
Not being a killjoy but hate to see anyone banned for what appears minor.

@adsenseplr: Yes! this is correct, same is the reason I had told it like "below 0.50" not exact figures

    Anyways,
My main page shows 486x60 ad under first 3 post's title on the page. And in case of single post on page it is one under title and one under post same kind of ad Image.

@miles2go: yes will try some different ones to see if I get better click through.

You have a very non specific niche so your ads are not targeted to user intentions. I am seeing ads for EMT Training and How to make electricity. What does that really have to do with the content of your site? If you want to make money with adsense your ads MUST match the intentions of your users. So you have to figure out why people come to your site.

The next problem is your ads look great with the content... except that doesn't help because they appear as banners... 468 banners are poor performers for Adsense.

You are also unfortunately in a Geo Region that doesn't have the advertisers. All of these combined equal poor performance.

Advertisers are not going to see much value in your traffic until there is a match.

Chose a adsense template, put content below content, not above, in first post.
Put link unit above the posts with green color.
    Make text ads with yellow..
    Good Luck!!!

@internetmarketingiq: you have explained it well and thanks for the tips.
@Liza New: Colors are I think already matching the template.
@asterxnu: yes a link unit in other site is actually performing great, will try this and see how it goes.
