I was running my blog for 4 months, and my blog's traffic is extremely low about 4 visitors / day. I was doing everything to get as many backlink as i can for my blog; article submission, forum discussion, bookmarking, directory submission, and blog commenting. But my blog's traffic isn't change. whether there are any SEO tips for me? I really appreciate for the responses.
either you are targeting very competitive terms or terms which don't have enough traffic, you better look at your keywords before you do anything else.
Thx a lot for replying. I well-researched my every micro niche. They have more than 1000 search / day, and their SEO competition are less than 1 million means my micro niches are not the competitive keywords.
what keyword or key phrase you are optimizing for? and are you promoting in right place? put your site in place where there are lots for users.
all of my micro niches are about hard drive, you can see my blog in my sig. And I promoting them in right places; computer hard ware category in many article directories, directory submission, etc.
The truth is - it's just not a very good blog. There is no information on there that I couldn't get elsewhere, and it's very badly written - dull and full of mistakes in grammar and vocabulary. If your article submissions are in the same style that it's no surprise you don't get visitors from them.
yes i agree. the whole design of the blog is not very good, theres nothing eye catching about it, and the domain name is was to weird i dont think people will want to type that in thier browser all the time. its ok though you just need to make some changes. asap.
Actually, I think that this blog is okay. But they're right about the grammar and writing. Manny errors and you need to make it simpler and understandable even for those who know nothing about harddrive.
I Hope your blog haven't any problem.Like design content etc... if all thing is good. Then find out some more useful tricks to improve traffic on blog from : seopune.in
I didn't mean to come across as too blunt, but do a google search for "partition hard drive" and you'll see how tough your competition is - authority sites like wikipieda and microsoft - step by step guides - nobody is going to go beyond the first page results. You need to come up with content that has a hope of competing - not directly but by making it more personal, or picking up on niche details, or putting things in a really useful or entertaining format.
highly competitive terms will surely give you a hard time to get the traffic and rankings that you're targeting, better focus on long-tail (non-competitive) terms first
