Please tell me what I did wrong and where to fix it.

    1. I have 6 different Ad Groups for 6 different keywords. (Financial Statements, Financial Analysis, Financial Budgeting, Business Plan Projections, Financial Modeling, Financial Projections)
    2. CTR = same order as above -- 0.34(1,164 Impres), 0.32(317 Impres), 0.00(8 Impres), 0.00(38 Impres), 0.00(111 Impres), 0.00(208 Impres)
    3. Max Bid = $4.50 for all
    4. Business Plan Projections is the only one with a Quality Score of 6, the rest have a 2/10. The 2/10 keywords show that "Based on the keyword's relevance to the associated ad text, CTR, historical keyword usage, and other performance factors."
    5. I have 6 different landing pages that share 98% of the same content. the 2% difference is where I inserted one of the keywords from above. All 6 pages have the keyword in the URL.
    6. Each Keyword has only 1 ad. Here is an example of Financial Projections Ad. "Financial Projections" (Title) "We Build Your Financial Projection. Custom Projections Starting At $299." - www.Financial-Projections.com

Where did I go wrong and how can I fix it. I really need help, this is costing me a lot of money.

How do you see your quality score? Is that through AdSense or is that external software?

I'm thinking that for your particular niche it would be tough to get a good quality score. I assume you have a fairly low conversion rate.

Can we see your url? A lot of times it is something wrong with the landing page that is causing higher bounce rates.

You should compare your ad text with the other people bidding against you. See if there is some reason why other people's ads may be getting more clicks. You could try to make your ad more enticing to click on.

You may also want to compare each of your keywords to the associated ad text. If possible mention the keyword in the ad.

Sorry I noticed that you had said the url in your first post. I glanced at some of the landing pages. They may have too much text. You basically have to read a short novel to get to any calls to action. You want as many people as possible to click through to a second page. If everyone reads a bit of the text and clicks the back button, that would be bad for your quality score. I would try to break these down into multiple pages. Try to make it more readable/scanable.

I am wondering if my landing pages are the problem. I might be better to create 1 landing page for all ads. I can always put all keywords in the URL and in the text. I worry that all pages are to similar and Google is knocking me down for duplicate content.
    1 landing page - financial-projections.com/Financial-Statements.html
    2nd landing page - financial-projections.com/Financial-Projections.html

I have each keyword 3 times in each ad.

I do not have any other people doing what I do. I have used similar companies (selling business plans and not just the financials) to write ads just like theirs. I know their ad works.

I agree that it is hard to get a good Quality Score. I am getting my score right off Google AdWords site. Am I screwed if I cant get a good score. Should I join one of those companies that you pay a flat fee to and they do the advertising for you? ex - netbiz.com

That was going to be my next step. I can build a page that will cause them to click and direct them to another page. Thanks, any thoughts on if I should have 1 landing page or multiple that are 95% the same but with different keywords?

Maybe you should create more ads for each keyword, and try different layouts for your landing pages..
Sometimes the best way to increase your Adwords Campaign Performance is based on trial and text, you might not be doing any thing wrong. it's just a matter of testing new staff and monitor the results on your own ;)

Whats your take on having multiple landing pages. Is this a mistake, waste of time, or a good thing. I know Google looks down on similar pages but I also know they look for the keyword on the landing page. I assume it might be better to create 1 solid page that has all the keywords and directs them to the next page where they can get the information they need.

I'm in the same boat. Did you ever figure out a way to get around the "Ads rarely show due to low quality score" issue?

This is costing me so much money. How about changing the domain name? Has anyone tried this? Someone suggested this in another thread but I havent seen a post from anyone that has tried this.
