I have a file hosting site getting about a 3% CTR and 250-300 clicks per day on average. I have only been getting about a 1.50 eCPM and would like to improve this as the CTR is pretty good I think. Any ideas how to better improve it? I am targeting 40-80 cent click keywords and trying to create competition for them.
well, eCPM is generally just a measure of your earnings. if you have more ctr, it generally rises. talking about your ctr, i think its a bit low. should be around 5-20%. then, you cannot determine price per click. nor can you target that. it depends on many factors, like total impressions, rank of your website in google index on so on. generally speaking, more quality traffic means improved price per click.
