    2) Forums have the lowest CTR ever
    3) Low CTR


    You should be going with a CPM company. You would make 10x more than with a CTR for forums. I know because I own a ton of forums.

    I am afraid but the problem is with the language . Non english sites are generally seen to have low CPC .
