Actually I am surprised the way you are getting click from the so small traffic. 3 - 4 clicks from only 20 - 40 visitors is very good. Your are getting very low rate per click, it is because of the niche. Experiment with other niches too. You will find out. By the way, try to increase your traffic.
Hi bro ! , just going through your website i felt that some things need to be tuned up in my view 1.your link ads at the top is making your better website a bit spammy. you may consider removing it for now... 2.Your 300X250 google ad block from 2 column needs to be pushed to third column top.I believe an Image ad of 300X250 will be more suitable for this niche.Why have you hidden it below ...Show it..Do not fear.. 3.I guess you are an affiliate of naukri.com...you may consider using its ad for future till you increase your traffic and respect in this niche.. If thats all necessary swap it for 300X250 adsence old slot. 4.Try to Place less text in site footer. 5.Place a logo at Top , it makes it more professional Anyway these are my persoanl beliefs gained through experience...But thats not binding on you..Try to experiment...intelligently.. I must say your site has a good potential... Remember ? Keep posting...!
