do you use Google Analytics? if so, on the left column go to Content > Site Overlay. you might find that people rarely click:

Read the rest of this entry »

that's where most of your ads are. i've found on my own sites that most people don't bother clicking that little link to read the rest of the article. i then made adjustments accordingly.

Not enough ads. You need to put more ads. Also, make sure that you manage the thematic flow of your text and ads. We recently optimized our adsense layout for our training blogs for our outsourced blog writers and saw CTR increase from 1.5% average to over 10% (and still climbing--now I'm actually getting worried that Google might think this is suspicious) http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=934802

You really should put ads on the homepage.

    ok.....Where do I begin.

What keywords are you targetting in your posts/for the overall site? You don't seem to be targetting any sort of keywords in your posts or for your homepage, hence this is a major reason why your not receiving organic traffic.

All your backlinks are anchored with GL Science, a worthless keyword. Build some links (both to your homepage and to your internal pages) with the KW's that are getting SE traffic so you can rank for them.

Get your Adsense to stop serving image ads, these are not appropriate for your site. Do NOT add more ad units to your site. If you do, your CTR will continue to plummet. More ads will only inflate your impression count.

If you do the above, your CTR is guaranteed to increase. You need to drive the right kind of traffic to your site. Once you do that, you'll see your CTR begin to climb.
