VERY low cpc.. need help!

I am running adsense on my sites (hosting / webmaster related) and they display about 20 000 pageviews p/d and get on average 150-180 clicks per day.

The last couple of weeks I am only getting about $2.50 > $5 USD per day. This is very little.

Does anyone have any suggestions, optimize adsense (how?) or change cpc network?

I'd look into optimizing the pages a bit more. They are most likelly to generic of nature, and not targeted enough since you are getting $0.01-$0.05 a click.

 

With some niches, it's quite normal. Maybe a bit low, but... you could be smart priced...

 

A quick test is to fully optimize one of the pages with steady traffic. Create a channel for that page, let it run for a week before you optimize, and then compare with the new stats a week after you optimized.
