I am running my site http://www.findunsecuredloans.co.uk in YSM PPC. I am receiving very little conversion. Yesterday it was 91 clicks and only 2 leads. Could you help me identify if it is the landing page issue. Because I think conversion is based on landing page.

    Hello greenchillies,

There are some very good reasons why you have low conversion.

For a variety of reasons, your website has low credibility. It will only take the new visitor to your website less than a minute to make up their minds that they should not trust you.

First of all, you badly need some copywriting. The text and grammar are terrible. This makes people nervous and hurts the credibility of your site. It says that you are just there for the money and don't care enough about the website to make sure you are using good English.

You have no contact information, no telephone number, no address, no information about who you are, where you are or how to reach you. It is amazing that you actually believe that people will give their email, telephone, mobile and financial information to a blind website.

How do they know you are not a bunch of hackers from the Ukraine phishing for emails?

Only 1 thing surprises me about your situation . . . that you actually got 2 leads. What is wrong with those people?

I have noted the points you raised. BTW, yesterday I got 11 leads and 30 clicks. Still I think it is not doing well.

Imagine how many leads you would get if you fixed the problems. Fixing the problems is not expensive. Leaving money on the table is.

The landing page you specified is too forceful. It tells them what them what they want when it should explain why they need the service. The first impression of the page is an instant turn off. No offence if you did it yourself, heck I made a ton of pages like that.

Without knowing your KW list I can not help much here. However, I will add that your mention of up to 25,000 is something to be considered. PPC is getting more competitive every day and the only way to profit is to give the clicker exactly what they are looking for. The most important part is the prequalified ad and second a continuation of the mindset they had while clicking the ad. So many PPC marketers think that once the visitor is on their site they are almost there. Far from the truth.

My suggestion is to do the identical ad with Google Adwords so that you can compare and contrast. Yahoo sponsored search is notorious for having bad traffic.
