    I have for sale a very popular PR4 webmaster/design website, it's unique, has thousands of indexed pages, earns a little revenue allthough i have not really optimized the ads, i have just put them on a few pages, all content is unique, and the content its self is worth a lot of money before you even take into consideration the traffic, alexa rank of 108k.
