    If anyone can promise me that I'll be making $7-10 daily for the next week or month then I'd pay him 20$. It can be whatever you know to deliver traffic it just needs to be quality if you get what I mean.

    I don't think anyone would do that for $20. You need to expand your budget if you want to earn $7-10 per day in a week or month :)
