That's a very twisted answer. Accreditation services are generally provided by authority companies/individuals. You cannot rise up from your seat and say "Hey there! Let me accredit your website" I'd want to know your accreditation status. Who gave you the right to accredit? Being accredited means a website passes a certain set of standards. These standards are authentic terms and rules laid down after a long research and analysis by a team of individuals. You say you provide seals? What is the guarantee of those seals? Do you possess an authoritative status?
