Does anyone know the name of this theme, I wonder?

Well, that's not really a theme, it's a dark blue header with google ads, a white main page with google ads and a lighter blue right column with google ads.
Its just 3 elements with different background color in them. this can be made in any html editor in a couple of minutes.

 

you can just edit your current css soyour site will look that way. but
you probably wanna know how the ads were putted below the title post, its a wordpress plugin named advertisement management.

 

it's very simple to reproduce it, just find the exact colors and use them
