Great, I have time looking for this post.
First of all, we need to know that ADSENSE is the easier and better way to make money online.
I want to share my experience also I want to clear my answers that I have with adsense.

About 12 months ago I started to build a blog with medical ebooks, when visitors shares their books
and download free (from rapidshare) medical books. My purpose was to help people who hadn’t possibility
to buy those books, and other to view books before buy. On this blog I put my google ads, and I earned 300 $
a month but after 2 months google adsense banned me, because my blog has
copyright infragments. Ok I agree with their email, and I stoped to work on this blog.

But my answer is: WHY ONLY MY BLOG?
on net are more same older sites who weren’t banned from google adsense

    http://www.flazx.com/
    http://www.gigapedia.org/

    can you explain this ?

Google can not check billions of pages unless some one submit a complain against you.

    that's might be a reason.

Perhaps the other sites have gained permission to give away those ebooks? I can't say for sure but if you feel that you have been wronged by google I would turn in those sites. Don't let them keep doing it just because they weren't caught. Everyone is subject to the same rules.

Google has there own strategies and they take there own decisions. The Google might don't have reviewed those sites, so if you make a complaint then they will ban them also.

Is it me but neither of those sites link to downloadable material. flazx is a review site selling through Amazon, and I am not sure what gigapedia is, since it just seems to have reviews of books. They both seem perfectly legal to me.

The fact is, that you are not allowed to use Adsense when you are displaying content that is not your own.

You were linking to copyrighted material, hence you got banned.

Everyone that goes against the terms will be banned at some point. The reason Adsense is such a success, is because of it's high quality control, so I wouldn't worry about those sites you listed above. Their adsense won't last long.

    evk_87,

You really don't have a clue what your doing, do you?

Like already said, one of the links is an "Amazon affiliate" (legit), & the other link is a simple directory with ISBN numbers (legit).

Google busted your site, with good reason. You provided info/links to illegal content, & you knew it was illegal.

    Rock On Google!

Well you may be the unluck one.
There are tons of sites out there that break Google Adsense TOS and go undetected for years, while other get banned within a matter of months.
The thing is that you broke the rules and you got banned, you cant complain about that. As for the others, theyll probably get banned sooner or later if they are breaking the rules..

Likely due to a direct complaint, but contact Google for clarification

someone (might be your competitor) complain your site by clicking "Ads by Google >> Issue with website".
