very important questions about Xoom..

hello,

i notice Xoom have lots of options. so i am thinking to use Xoom. but i have some questions. can someone refund or reversal there payment at Xoom and will Xoom lock my account if too many reversal is made from me?

next question is how can i refund there payment back before they can make it un-authorize payment and reveral it.

please let me know so i can stop using paypal and place buy link on my site to increase sale.

 

u might need to call them for refunds and reversals.

ok thanks for your reply. so that means its little harder for customers to refund after they get there program activated right?

but what about the 2nd question. is there is any way i can refund there payment as soon as i get it? or do i have to call xoom to do that also?

and where can i enter my bank account? and will it deposit the money in my state bank of india account or SBI? i cant find the option to enter my bank account number.

 

u will find it when u select "send Money" options......
it also asks branch code....etc

 

but i need to deposit the money not send to anyone as i only use account to receive money not to send money... so where should i enter my acc. no so i can get the cash deposited in my bank directly....

 

You cannot Receive Money with a Xoom account. You can only Send Money. If you want to send the money to your bank account in India, just click on Send Money, select Bank Deposit and enter the details. Pay them the money you want to send by using PayPal and if everything goes well, you should receive the money in your account within 3-4 days.

 

but there is a option to create payment button. so if i cant recieve money then why is the payment button there? and another question is do i have to get verified with my credit card in order to send or receive money to my bank account? or i can do that without getting verified by my credit card please let me know.....

 

You're receiving money alright but technically, you're making a payment (sending money) to your bank account and that's why the term "Send Money".

Xoom prefers verified PayPal accounts for credibility. If your account is non-verified, you may get into problems during transfer like they may ask for address verification etc. So, to be absolutely safe, make sure you've a verified PayPal account.
