This is a very informative sales page. You put a lot of time and effort into it and that shows well. The only thing I noticed is some incorrect grammar usage and a few typos. I would recommend having someone well versed at English advise on corrections. As far as your message, it is fine and flows well. No recommended changes beyond the word mechanics.

overall, it looks great.
But, you could consider changeing the background colour to blue or a dark red.
Also, you should center the content, right now its on the left side.
And you should use some small fonts for the reviess in that golden box, its too big.

Make the content into the perfect center of the browser (Firefox 3.1), check it..

about the price and value, well cant realy say much.
But if you take a look on the forums, you'll find 5-10 GB of PLR articles for 10-15$
and 5-10GB is way more that 1000 articles.
Tho` ... cant really give you any advice regarding the price
