I agree that this something new that google is doing with page rank. I have seen the grey bar before show up on sites but alot the times it was just clitch. It does not look that way this time, for I am also seeing the grey bar on all supp pages. What this means I am not really sure, but I would say that is at this time I would not worry to much about it.

i have told this in a few threads, just look at the pr bar, even this thread has a grey bar!
we used to check banned sites with this grey shade! but then, now all unindexed pages, or atleast most of them are grey! the dynamic urls are mainly all grey:(

Good original content is within the search engline guidelines.

Good original content attracts its own links, in most cases with more 'trust rank' then the links you were able to negotiate and exchange.

Domain age, even knowing about domain age being a factor does not effect your domain age. it is what it is.

    Anything else?

Would have to disagree. I have a site on urban clothing I built one day

With only 1 link, that it received naturally, it went to number 4 for urban clothing and number 1 for urban clothing on both MSN and yahoo and was receiving 1000+ hits a day.

I was right below rocawear.com on yahoo, a huuge manufacturer.

No that didnt stay, but it is still in the top 10 for wholesale urban clothing on yahoo...

All i did was make the content, didn't build one link myself, and it still gets 200-250 hits a day on average to this day.

    Thanks.
