Very high CTR on proxy site

    Hello All,

Recently I have been getting a constant 11%+ CTR for 4 days on one of my proxies.

I wanted to ask if this is normal or is something fishy coz I was getting about around 2.5% CTR until 5 days back.

    Seeking some help

    Thanks

Depends. How much impressions were needed to generate that 11%? (Although I have to say, for a proxy site, which is usually surfed by experience net users, 11% is an awful lot...)

I think if the sample size is too small it can vary quite a bit...
I have a proxy site as well and in the last month it went up as high as 36% CTR
(but that's was less than 200 impressions) and as low as 0% and 1.35%

my total average over time was 4.59%.

Also I did purchase asRep (mostly for the detailed stats it has) but it also has click fraud prevention where it will disable clicks from the same IP after certain number of clicks.

Ok, I'm probably gonna hook it up with Adlogger so that I'm safe.

    What is the url?

11% seems high, and the fact it comes after an average of around 2.5% is a bit off. I guess if you have ads all over the page 11% would be accepted

I havent made any changes to the layout of the site.

I used to get 2.5 CTR on the same layout before.

Although the traffic has increased on the site (actually doubled).

You still haven't said how many impressions it took to get that 11%...
