my site zimtownship.com is doing fairly well.. about 1500 unique visitors daily.. 5-8min stay on average.. but at the same time i have a very high bounce rate, 45-50%.. any ideas on improvements... my plan at this moemnt is to change name to zimnewswire....with a 301 redirect.. new name which might fit in well with news.. but a redesign at the same time might help.. please throw in ideas.....
