    Im selling this site because I really had no time to devote to it.

    It is about 3 months old. I am owning the site from this month and I have not really done much to promote it

    If you promote it im sure you can make very good money from it especially since school is starting up again

    The site has been
    Registered with godaddy and has nearly a year
    has been promoted extensively at http://myproxytemplates.com/
    The site gets around 100-180 visitors a day without promoting
    runs on dedicated proxy server at ukcheaphost
    very clean and professional look
