Very Good PHP developer required for paid job

    I need a PHP codee to create a full site from scratch.
    I will give you the specifications and site design. I will own all right to the code when it is finished.

    The coder needs to be an expert in PHP and MySQL.
    The basics of what will be required are below.
    Let me know if you are capable of this and your set price to produce the whole site.
    You can not see full specs until you are accepted for the task.

    Basic Specs,

    Admin side dashboard
    User profiles and dashboard
    Intergatrated with paypal to take payments.
    users can purchase credits
    User can add info (a bit like a fiverr gig, but not quite)
    Website must be able to auto pull data from an external website and save it locally.
    Website must be able to search another website for certain words.
    User privellages

    Thanks for all your replys and I am sure you can all make a php website and mysql, but NO ONE has yet offered to be able to do what is essentially the main part of this site.
