I have verified my PP account with a VCC.Now that my account is verified, can I remove the VCC? I want to remove it because I have heard that PP limits your account if they find a VCC.

Will not work for verifying Paypal.
Only if PP makes some changes on their side, it'll work. But, most Indian cards would work after that :D

The main question is whether one will be able to get expuse number when using such debit cards or not?

Yes... surely, you can remove your VCC but I doubt very much if the account status will remain 'verified'! :(

Most of the debit cards can be used but you won't get expuse code.
Like once it happened with me when I was using PNB debit card.

Paypal never haves any problems with Debit Cards as soon as they bypass RBI regulations and worked liked Credit Cards [Yuva Card] but the problem now is about Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. Unless Paypal doesn't finds the solution to work with Verfied by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code in India. No Debit Card's gonna work. Even Credit Cards in India can face the same problem in future if Paypal doesn't acts fast and Credit Cards implement Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code.
