I just stopped by one of my favorite sites for ColdFusion tutorials and noticed they have a PR of 0. The site has good content and rotates in new content like recent forum posts and developer profiles. I did a quick look at the source and it looked fine.

Is there any reason for www.easycfm.com to have 0 PR?

They aren't even indexed yet so that may have something to do with it

Although they registered the name 3 years ago so have they been banned?

Wow! Not indexed by G but I see 47,000 links when checking alltheweb.com. This is a high quality, great content, great guy site that I haven't seen anything that would be questionable with regards to search engine manipulation and he has Adsense so Google approved him at some point (most likely for this site not his personal sites).

I'll enquire with the owner to see if he knows why. The funny thing is that I had just decided to build some inbound links by supporting other sites I liked and getting donation based links and this was one of my first stops.

    Any further thoughts are appreciated.
