Selling VERY focused college site with facebook group and fan page (~1000 members each)

The facebook group and fan page are worth the bid alone. They are 100% made of students of Mizzou (in columbia missouri) that are interested in going to bars and out to events. This is a great method for advertising the site and bars in columbia will pay to have messages sent through these groups.

I started another business right after launching this site so lost interest. It will be a good money maker but I'm personally looking to get into forums which interest me more.

When I was putting up a bit of content it was getting about 400 UV, and 1000 pageviews/ month. Lots of people commented that they loved the site, idea, and wanted more

You should honestly expect to earn about $400/month if you put some effort into this site because it is a real advertising business outside of the whole internet realm.



I have invested about $300 in it and the site is coded to go viral (it posts on peoples facebook walls when they make comments on the site, giving more exposure).

I have not attempted to make any money from the site. But like I said, if you would just email the bars, and concert halls, etc. in Columbia, missouri you would definitely get good money. This is a VERY focused site with already 2,000 people to message that are in the EXACT demographic you are trying to reach
