very fast payment from xoom

    well just recieved the payment in 2 days this time,
    last time i had ordered some cash it took them 6 days,
    i was just wondering if xoom takes more time to send payment for the 1st time.

    on 23rd evening i ordered and today i recieved 25th morning.

    If i try to send money from my paypal account to somebody else's bank account, I heard it takes more than two weeks?

    have u withdrawn the paypal cash through xoom. If yes, I want to clear some doubts because I also want to withdraw my paypal cash through xoom. Will it require any documents like PAN Card or something else. I want to withdraw to my bank account. And if I withdraw using xoom, will they call me for some enquiry? Can anybody clear my doubts please....

    I did 7 transactions till now and i recieved the money max within 3 days!
    Among the 7 transactions,the 5fth one was really fast,i got my money in the bank account within less than 24,i could believe it.
    With 24 hrs,i got a pay of $780 in my bank account:eek:

    Nope, xoom never call you for any enquiry. But you have to take care of two things. One is pay them through your verified paypal account and second is if you are from india then go with bank transfer or check delivery as disburshment (don't go with cash pickup option as its not allowed for indian users - india to india transfer)

    also this one was a cheque via courier , i wonder wire transfer would have been more quicker.

    Can I withdraw the money from my paypal account via cheque using xoom to the same address the which I used while registering to xoom. I mean to say that will there be any problem if the Sender and Recipient name is the same.

    Maybe they have started calling now for first timers..cause the first time i had requested for check they never called.

    i want to clarification. How much xoom charges you for 100$ withdral by cheque. I am confused bcuase I read somewhere that withdrawal of payment from paypal takes std fee of 8$ and for delivery it charges differently.

    Xoom will charge total $109.99 for your $100 withdrawal (transfer). So they send you $100 and keep $9.99 as their fee.

    And yes... You'll get the check fast, but if you are anywhere except delhi (In my case Bangalore) it takes 20 days for the check to clear..

    It comes from a PNB branch in Delhi
