If you are looking for approved directory you should use auto directory.

BEWARE. The PR is not real. This is another example of a recycled domain / web site being used to whore out its previous PR. hedar.org is / was a online learning university until very recently. The folks that perpetrate this kind of fraud give directories a bad name.

They have a very poor picture captcha. refreshing again and again. but

 

as far i see , hedar.org do not review anything and just approved them all, well this will not give you much benefits afterall.

 

There is also no benefit to being listed in a "high PR" directory that has PR that belonged to another website that is now defunct. In a very short period of time that PR 6 will be PR Nada... Zero, Ziltch, nothing!

 

They are still doing it because there are suckers out there still paying for it.

 

I guess the short term boost is good for some people.

Yes, but its been a while, not sure how active the editors at dmoz are nowadays.
