Very fashionable Google search bar

    hey guys i need you help in figuring how to do this.

    this site http://tech2.com has a good search bar wherin when you click the search bar and enter text,the "Search" text which is already present there in that bar vanishes and the text you enter gets in.is this provided by google itself.i saw that on many sites.
