Very easy perl script - Will pay $5

Hi,

I need a very easy perl script. The script needs to do the following:
- Use a text file as input (parameter 1)
- Use a text file as output (paramater 2)
- Remove all text that between [] including the [ and ] characters. Example: "lalala[000]lololo" become "lalalalololo"
- Remove empty lines
- For each line that start by a letter (a to z, A to Z) or a number [0 to 9], make it a justified paragraph with a strong capital letter. Example: "lalala" become "<p align="justify"><strong>l</strong>alala</p>"
- For each line that doesn't start by a letter or a number, make it a justified paragraph. Example: "--lalala" become "<p align="justify">--lalala</p>"

Example:

lalala[000]lololo
lolololalala
--lololo
++lala[000]lala

will become

<p align="justify"><strong>l</strong>alalalololo</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>l</strong>olololalala</p>
<p align="justify">--lololo</p>
<p align="justify">++lalalala</p>
