Very easy job - Photoshop - $2

    I want to put a photo on the header of this site http://invisalign.medicalnut.com but the photo has a white background and thus does not look good. So I need someone to make the background the same color as my header.

    The photo is http://invisalign.medicalnut.com/doctor.jpg

    and the color is 004778

    If you are also able to tell me what dimensions to make the image, that would be very helpful since I'm not too saavy like that.
