    The traffic is safe for adsense.
    The visitors can register and post on your forums when they visit your site.

    This is not autosurf traffic. I used to run a traffic exchange, but found the results were not very good. I was also using Interstitial ads myself with companies like Ad-brite. I discovered if I combined the two to work together it would be very successful. It took a long time to figure out how to make everything work properly so I can give away everything. I networked in with 1000's of sites using interstitial ads. When the ad shows, it pulls up a site (yours) from my database based on the targeted category of the site.

    pop unders are allowed as long as they are not the dialog boxes that require a user to press ok or cancel. Standard html type pages for popups are fine.

    CPM? cost per 1000 impressions? Do you mean adsense type of ads on your site. This is safe for having these type of ads on your site.

    Ordered 100 k traffic.. its almost 2 days later and I am not getting 3000-5000 visitors per day! about 600/700
    The pm replies are fairly slow. And the hits are not tracked by my tracker.

    I wil post more about this traffic after a few more days
