Why not just register your domain through namecheap.com? They offer free whoisguard for a year. Or pay for it for your current domains?
I know that you can register your domain through GoDaddy without paying for the $10 DomainsByProxy fee, but after you have successfully registered your domain, you can just pay the $1 fee to have a DomainsByProxy protection on your domain. It's definitely a nice little hack to save $10 bucks. Yugo,
AFAIK,you can save the cost of thing by buying the domain at registrar that provide it for free such as name and namecheap.
1. Transfer / reg domain @Namecheap and get FREE whois protection; or 2. Transfer / reg min. 5 domains @Godaddy and get FREE whois protection on every domain. All the best!
If your sites are hosted on HostMonster, they also give free privacy for domains you purchased through them. It costs $10 per year for a domain.
Since my register tinklalapis.net sold out, I need to move 10 domains to another hosting (would be nice to have 7usd~ + Free whois protection), Godaddy says free privacy after 6+ domains, but the question is it only free for 1 year or until I keep my domains with thems?
Can't edit my post, so sorry for double posting. The answer about Godaddy's privacy if anyone wondering.
