I am not a new designer but my portfolio is quite empty, so for me to fill my portfolio with some quality work I am going to run a special deal. Basically, I will create you a website, if you like it, you pay me what you think my work is worth. If you don't like it, you pay me nothing, all I ask is you allow me to use the site I made in my portfolio. I work in CSS and XHTML.
