    Hi guys,
    I want to sell one of my sites which has been literally sitting there untouched for a long time. The domain will be expired soon (June 9th) and I don't have any plan to develop it so I decide to sell it here very cheap.

    Basically this is a WP-robot site in Environment niche. The traffic is decent and has been surprisingly raising after the google penguin change. You can check the traffic stats here below (taken from AWStats) :

    - the domain, free push at Godaddy. Btw, pls take note above that the domain will expire on June 9th. So you better renew it after the push
    - the cpanel access to the site. The hosting will also expire in less than a week. I won't be doing the file transfer. I will give total access to the cpanel and you need to do the rest.

    Nope. Like I said this site has been sitting there untouched without any monetization.
