Very bad CTR

Hello, I own a blog hosted at Blogger and I am using Adsense on that website. For 24 hours I get ~15k pageviews on the ads placed there, and I barely get maximum 40 clicks from so much views.
I'm using 3 ad units, one being on the right sidebar, second between the post and user comments, and one a little below the comment typing field.

Are those daily clicks normal for that amount of views? Am I doing something wrong here?

If you put adsense block under the title you'll get much better result.

Agreed. Without actually seeing your site and your ad placements, it's hard to say why they are not converting.
