Very annoying html link probem

    I am creating a site and I create a link.

    Then I save the file and then open it up and when you mouse over the link the area to the left and right of of the link will also be a link but it will be invisible.

    I only wan the anchor textto be clickable, not white space to the left and right of it.

    This part is a bit unclear. Do you want the other links to disappear, or is invisible the actual problem?
