Vertical Sliding Google Adsense - Allowed?

    Hey guys I just wanted to ask if that what i am doing is allowed.

    check this

    its a scyscraper 120x600 ad, text ad which slides all the way down on the right side when u scroll down.

    is that ok? i didnt find any answer in the tos.

    I don't see any problem with it. Could always drop a line to an adsense rep just to be safe though.

    just email them saying can you check out my ads on my website to approve thats what I do all the time...

    though I think... that they'll not ban but will warn you..

    I'd want to check with Google on this. My instinct tells me they won't like it. Has anyone contacted Google about this type of ad?

    I know a friend that his it on their site. I am pretty sure that the big G hasn't done or said anything about it..

    I really doubt that this is allowed. I think I read somewhere that ads have to be stationary.
