Do you think I should have both, plus the 100% satisfaction guarantee?

Do you think the more of these labels, the better?

Verisign labels require you to have Verisign SSL. If f you haven't purchased a SSL cert from Verisign you cant use it.

If you did purchase it, then I would definitely use the verisign and make sure that you list the payment methods you accept including paypal on every page of the site. I don't think more is better if it junks up the design of the website. Too many makes a really cluttered look.

There is a big difference between showing your security and payment options and cluttering your page with useless badges, more isn't always better. As the saying goes, "there is a time and place for everything".

If you only have 2-4 badges that is ok. Especially if you place them at the bottom or sidebar. They should be where people would expect to see them, visible but not prominent... if you know what I mean.

    Cheers!

Ditto to 'Chrisz@AlertPay' and 'jestep'. I would advise you to have the PayPal logo and the Verisign label along with a few others. If you have them on the footer don't put so many it goes into two rows. Make it look somewhat like ebuyer and it will look good and professional.
