    bank account got no "Credit" to show that you could pay the bill. also they can not took money direct from your account.

    They can actually take money from the account.

    Once your bank account is attached, they can reverse transactions made "to" the bank account. Happened to a person, and it took him months to settle it after a law suit against paypal.

    Moreover, you wont be able to detach your bank account once you get limited, making it further difficult to protect 'your' money :)

    its written in their TOS, so have to follow the procedure.
    and yes using CC is better idea than using VCC.
    its not at all safe.

    was this in case of despute or just out of the blue? knowing paypal they don't really need a reason, but i am curious what grounds do they need to actually go this far?
