Verifying PayPal with virtual visa

hi!
I have a paypal account and I need to verify it. Unfortunately Romania is still on the backlist of paypal so I singed up as hungarian.
I heard that there are some virtual visas that I can verify my PayPal account with.

1.Where can I find such virtual visas?
2.Can I verify it if I signed up not as romanian but as hungarian, or does that virtual visa need some verification too?

If you're going to do this, make sure you access your account from a Hungarian IP address. If you register as being from Hungary but only ever access your account from Romania, they'll quickly realise and close your account for breach of terms.

 

Yes, you can check with your credit card company with. For the NET security now credit companies are offering V-CARD; for that you need to contact your CC company.

I also suggest you not to play with PayPal in such manner. you may get your account blocked.

 

I dunno much about the country issue... but I dont think verifying with VCC will cause country related problems

(*) From where
(*) Registration Details are matched or not

how can you access your account with a hungarian address,what software can you use to do that?

 

you cant use that kind of software. to access the paypal one need to loginto the website. there is no use of software

 

If you already lied in your application, I think you should really stop down there and terminate the account before actually going too far by adding more lies to your application. When they find you out, you can pretty much say good bye to everything. Besides if you lie, how can you expect paypal or anyone to trust you ?

 

It does make you wonder why your country is blocked if you have such low regard for fraud to a financial institution

 

Use another option than Paypal.Don`t take risk being banned after collecting few money!

 

sure, you better move to another online option, there are lot more to go Paypal is not the only player in this market. On the second thought i must mention here, PayPal customer care is very poor.

 

i found a niche thread, http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=397871. this person is selling VCC, i dont know wheather it's ligit or not.... but i can see that some people bought already and got their PP acc verified as well. Decision is all yours....
