I'm glad that you are form India...We just have a feasibility of e-com. you need to open one private bank(LIKE ICICI, HDFC, AXIS) account. if YOU CAN NOT SPEND 5K 10K RUPEES(to open an a/c). DO NOT NEED THAT.this is only exception for the indian pp accounts.And govt undertaking like IOB PNB SBI INDIAN BANK BANK OF INDIA UCO BANK STATE BANK SISTER BANKS LIKE SBH, SBR SBT SBM.just need any of the nationalised bank with an international visa debit card.(they are providing) U can open for just RS.500.($12)and A bank account that I tell you. That for free.

The friends out side india(any country) just need an account with international visa/master card. and A bank account that I tell you. That for free.

 

hmm I come from indonesia, I'm using paypal via VCC from seller in my country only 7$ and it's work dude..my account was verified,so i can withdraw money to my bank acc..
Eniwei I fell fear using credit card because it's take risk from carding/ hacker etc..so I use VCC

Me and a friend of mine verified pur accounts through VCC...But when we tried to make a purchase our accounts were limited!And they say that "We noticed some illegal activity on your credit card!

i wouldnt recomend it because they always find a way to block you through verification and withdrawals

 

Its risky but it can work if you do proper research about working with a VCC.
