Verifying paypal with VCC?

    Well I put my VCC on my paypal
    and
    guess what happen
    It didn't verify... it said it requires a bank account
    I'm using a Canadian Paypal... btw

    some cournty paypal accounts need both BANK + Cvv to verify paypal acc .

    I am using vcc to verify mine...Works fine here.Maybe it depends on the Country....

    Hmm.. It's weird..
    Is it true that canadian paypal requires a bank account?
    I live in Indonesia, I verified my paypal by vcc, it works well.. had no problem at all..
    Maybe you need to contact paypal about this?

    May I know, did U produced the VCC for your own computer, in that case I had an experience, it may not work. Just give a bank account, you can usually change it later on. I think there wont be any problem.

    Hay use indian adress for your paypal account bcz mostly indian vcc are available on the internet...I have two accounts and both are verified with the vcc...and they belong to indian adress where as i am not an indian i live in other country....

    Sorry dude this idea is not advisable since there are chances of paypal banning your account based on the IP address, sooner or later there is danger to your account so take care.

    Yes, some countries like Canada require a bank account to verify.

    The solution is simple - add a bank account that can receive deposits.

    I use Virtual CC to verify my account, and so far there is no problem with it. You have to ask your vcc provider. :)

    maybe the vcc you applied is not for the country you have, when buying a vcc you have to tell to the seller that your from canada so that they will know what kind of vcc they will give you

    Its the country problems. It happens with a lot of people. Goodluck with that. I hope paypal won't catch you for using vcc.
