Verifying paypal with Debit card.India -ICICI Bank

    I am trying to Verifying my paypal account with icici bank Debit card but not able to do it.
    Its giving error "bank had been dined this card"

    Had any one verified paypal account with debit card -india.

    Please help me out I am very much frustrated with this issue.

    It isn't possible.

    As far as I know, no Indian debit card will work with Paypal.

    You will need a credit card.

    Any Indian Debit Cards not works for paypal verification.

    If you have icici bank account then make few FD in your account and they will give you Credit Card on that basis. Ask your bank branch about this. You can also apply for addon credit card if your parents or elder brother-sister has one already.

    Indian Debit cards will not work for PayPal verification as well as International Online Purchases
