Verifying paypal with Debit card.India -ICICI Bank

Debit cards don't work, even I tried doing it using Corporation bank Debit card.
Bank account or Credit card will work.

Paypal accepts Axis Bank Debit cards I just verified My Paypal a/c i have international Gold Debit Card of Axis Bank .

 

Hello guys I'm new to forums i just like to inform u guys that if Your debit is visa verified + 3 digits or 4 digits on it then u can verify but not like in a simple way see what PayPal replied to me when i send This problem to PayPal because i also have debit card of axis bank and its not working on PayPal same problem i face then i send them a query related to Indian debit card see What they replied .

I understand that you would like to add your debit card to your PayPal
account. Yes, PayPal accepts Indian debit cards in our system but in
some cases, our system automatically denies some cards because of
security reasons.

Now The fact is how will u gonna Verified Your Debit Card ?

Ans: firstly check The error copy and paste it somewhere like in Notepad etc or its better to get one screen shot Mainly What i saw There's 1 Error While linking Your debit card:

Your Credit/debit card Has been Refused by The Bank Please contact Your bank or Credit card company

Now how to activate Your a/c on paypal firstly activate Your debit card on Your bank Site after Then when it gets activated .

Create Your paypal a/c Don't link Your card if u having Problem just create a simple a/c After that Link Your Card Just link it forget about errors just fill up the Form like Ur Card Number Etc After That as u know once u click save u will get an error but it saves Your debit card number and paypal team can see ur card number which u having trying to linking .

Now The Final Step Mail Them .

Mail Them With your Debit card Query and tell WATS The problem Your facing They will goona automatically Add your Card Via Manually by there own And Indian Debit cards are accepted but u can't link them in a simple way Because of security reasons .

After it u will get a mail from them within 24 hours like i get Then u can verify Your a/c check Your bankstatement for code or if u have netbanking enable a/c then u can get the code in 1 min Then verify ok after all verification like mail , card .

Then Open Your a/c and go into Edit/debitcard @ there check Your Debitcard Billing address The billing address should be same like of Your bank a/c and now the final step --- You can see There should be written in box Post Your 3 digit or 4 digit debit card code write it then save .

All Done I just did this today and now i'm a verified user of Paypal With Debit card .

I had an option to verify it with my bank account. Debit card did not work of ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank.

 

it also does not allow Indian users to transfer money from Indian bank accounts into Paypal to make overseas payments.

 

yes I agree,. also Paypal doesn't accept Debit cards from Indian banks!!

 

I have attached and verified my Pal Pal with my HDFC Bank and it takes me less than 36 hours to see the money in my account. Happy with the service.

 

I added Bank of Baroda Debit Card and It worked. They accepted it.

 

hi i have a credit card and i linked my cc wit paypal......i made a few payments(below 300) and now after 1 day when i try to make a payment my paypal isnt workin nemre....i still have enough credit balance ....dunno wats wrong please help

 

Normally Virtual Credit card valid for 2-3 days, is it sufficient time to verify the Paypal
