hi everyone this is my first topic in this forum and i'm sure everyone is looking for the answer can I verify my paypal account using payoneer CC (i'm from morocco) knowing that my account is restricted! to remove the restriction they ask for a credit card so can payoneer do the affair im not really intersted in verifing my ccount i just want to remove the restrictions so i can send money to my nother verified paypal account tnks for help!!
