    Hi!
    I have found a new way to verify paypal account . in this method you don't need bank account or credit card or vcc . Your paypal account will become verified account within 24 or 48 hrs .
    I want to share this report to all members of DP who Pm me by yahoo or email .
    because with yahoo or email . i can send tip by list .

    OP would have done well if he shared his so called secret here itself if he really wanted to help members. By asking you to email him, he is probably trying to build an e-mail list for him! :(

    Anyway, I suspect there can be any by-pass route which does not get by-passed(becoming ineffective) in a short time.

    I already said how to do it guys...Netspend.com its an online banking place. They even have a page that tells you how to put the bank account on paypal.

    1. you need ssn to activate the card
    2. you need usa address to even get the card
    3. that still satisfies the cc/bank account requirement....the op posted that he found someway where you don't need bank account/cc
