    The only way that I am aware of is that you must like your bank account number through paypal... they sent you some money.. then you tell paypal how much money they sent you. That is the only process that I know of to verify your account

    Yeah... That's the only way I know to do it too. Maybe it's different in Sri lanka?

    well no it's not..there is no phone verification for paypal maybe he is talking about Paypal linked to ebay account.
